    Katerina earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Marywood University. She has a strong background in collegiate nutrition, beginning her career in an outpatient clinic where she supported college students navigating food allergies while dining on campus. She leads food and allergen safety compliance efforts, equipping teams with the training and resources needed to uphold established standards of practice. As an on‑campus resource, Katerina offers individual nutrition counseling, providing students with personalized guidance in a confidential, supportive setting. She is passionate about engaging others in health and wellness initiatives, using pop‑up events to create accessible, interactive opportunities for nutrition education and community connection.
